In the evening, all the guests arrive and we enjoy a lovely first evening on board the ship. The next morning, the call goes out: "All aboard and cast off!" After a short briefing on deck, we set sail. We intend to reach Bornholm during this trip, and we only deviate from this plan if the wind doesn't allow us to, because we are dependend on the wind. Our destination: Bornholm, Denmark's easternmost island, awaits us. Thanks to its location, the island can boast a particularly high number of hours of sunshine. The mild climate even allows figs to ripen. Bornholm is often described as the whole of Denmark in a nutshell - hilly, green and fertile with farmland and beautiful forests. Here you will find the dramatic cliffs that can only be found on this island in the whole of Denmark. On the south coast there are endless wide, white sandy beaches, so fine and white that the sand was once used for hourglasses.
One thing is for sure: we will experience eventful days sailing and relaxing. In the evenings, we will sit together in cosy company on deck or in the saloon. During the day, you can be active on deck, sail or simply enjoy the crystal-clear Baltic Sea. In the evening, you have the opportunity to explore one of the charming harbours or enjoy a glass of wine with your fellow sailors on deck or in the cosy saloon after a sumptuous dinner.
One destination of this sailing trip is the picturesque capital of Bornholm, Rønne, with its numerous museums, picturesque alleyways and shopping arcades. Bornholm is characterised by its impressive variety of vegetation in the north and south, deep brown rocks and blue water.
Please note that wind and weather conditions can have a significant impact on the trip. If unforeseen circumstances arise, important changes can be made to the route.
