Barque Artemis

Her story begins in 1926, when she was originally built in Norway for whaling. She later became a cargo ship and sailed between the distant continents of Asia and South America. The Frisian shipping company Tallship Company acquired the Artemis at the end of the last century and transformed her back into a beautiful sailing ship. The characteristic square-rigged masts give the barque her unmistakable appearance. The sight of this three-master, whether on the high seas on the way to a historic harbour town or during one of the many maritime events, is simply breathtaking.
The Artemis exudes strength and authenticity while offering a high level of comfort and luxury on board.

With space for up to 120 people on day trips and cabins for up to 36 people for overnight stays, the Artemis offers a wide range of options for guests.
