Covering miles, that's what our milemakers are all about. Since the ship has to be in Brest (France) in time for a big harbor festival, we also sail through the night. Sailing, of course, is ecologically and economically, but also the best way to move around with a big ship.
The route leads along the German and Dutch Wadden islands, through the English Channel and along the French coast to Brest.
Land excursions and stopovers are only planned if the weather god is well-intentioned and fits in with the time frame. If the wind blows from the front, the engine is used. As a co-sailor, you are welcome to be part of the nautical crew and to assist us in all on-board work, e.g. with a member of the crew take night watches and raise the sails.
